Job summary

Sunset Hills Subaru seeks a dynamic BDC Customer Care Specialist to coordinate inbound requests, respond to potential sales leads, book showroom appointments, and serve as the first contact for customers. The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with the BDC team, and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and seek opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience.
• Interact with customers to identify needs and opportunities for new/used car sales presentations.
• Work with the BDC Manager and team to ensure sales lead opportunities are tracked and notes added in CRM.
• Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager.
• Be a member of the BDC team with cross-training for internet leads and phone prospecting.
• Stay informed about new products and features and their benefits to customers.
• Attend product and sales training and staff meetings.
