Job summary

The International Autos Group is seeking a Center Manager to lead and oversee the call center operations across its Chicago and surrounding markets. You will manage day-to-day activities, track leads, and ensure timely follow-up while providing coaching and support to staff.

Ideal candidates bring prior sales and (preferably) management experience in the automotive sector, strong communication, and a proactive, organized approach to reaching goals.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track all leads.
• Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner.
• Manage day-to-day business of the center.
• Collect and analyze metrics.
• Provide training and ongoing support to the call center representatives.
• Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary.
