Mazda & Kia of Fargo is seeking a highly motivated BDC Manager to lead the BDC team, oversee incoming calls and internet leads, and drive customer appointments and sales opportunities. The role emphasizes honest, self-driven, and results-oriented leadership with a focus on superior customer service and dealership collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage hiring, training, and performance, ensure CRM follow-up, and report monthly results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive BDC Management experience.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong appointment setting, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Proven leadership and the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• CRM experience is a plus; pass pre-employment background/drug tests and DMV check.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor performance of the BDC department.
• Assist BDC associates in setting monthly sales goals.
• Track customers to ensure prompt responses and CRM follow-up.
• Ensure BDC activity meets calls and appointment targets.
• Participate in team and process development sessions; maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and management.
• Handle incoming internet leads and set appointments.
• Stay updated on manufacturer training.
• Provide monthly performance and activity reporting.

Mazda & Kia of Fargo is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced BDC Manager to join our exceptional sales team. The position will include overseeing a team of BDC associates who will handle incoming phone calls/internet leads and contact existing customers to increase customer appointments and sales opportunities. Candidates must be honest, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the BDC department
• Assisting individual BCD associates in setting monthly sales goals
• Tracking all customers to ensure prompt response time and monitoring follow-up within the CRM
• Ensure that all BDC associates meet or exceed all activity standards for phone calls and appointments.
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
• Handling incoming internet leads and setting appointments
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training
• Provide monthly performance and activity reporting

Qualifications
