Mazda & Kia of Fargo is seeking a highly motivated BDC Manager to lead our BDC team and optimize customer contact, appointment setting, and sales opportunities. You will oversee a team of associates handling calls and internet leads, with a focus on speed, accuracy, and service quality.

The role requires 2+ years of Automotive BDC management, strong leadership, and CRM experience. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected at our Fargo dealership.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Automotive BDC Management experience.
• Flexible schedule, including Saturdays, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong appointment setting, objection handling and closing skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, drug test, and MVR check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the BDC department.
• Assisting BDC associates in setting monthly sales goals.
• Tracking customers to ensure prompt response and CRM follow-up.
• Ensure BDC associates meet activity standards for calls and appointments.

• Handle incoming internet leads and set appointments.
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training and provide monthly reports.

Mazda & Kia of Fargo is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced BDC Manager to join our exceptional sales team. The position will include overseeing a team of BDC associates who will handle incoming phone calls/internet leads and contact existing customers to increase customer appointments and sales opportunities. Candidates must be honest, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on the highest customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the BDC department
• Assisting individual BCD associates in setting monthly sales goals
• Tracking all customers to ensure prompt response time and monitoring follow-up within the CRM
• Ensure that all BDC associates meet or exceed all activity standards for phone calls and appointments.
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
• Handling incoming internet leads and setting appointments
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training
• Provide monthly performance and activity reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive BDC Management experience
