The ideal candidate has 2+ years in automotive BDC management, a proven leadership record, strong appointment setting and CRM experience, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive BDC management experience.
• Flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong appointment setting, objection handling skills, and closing skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• CRM experience preferred.
