Mazda & Kia of Fargo is seeking a highly motivated BDC Manager to oversee a team of BDC associates who handle incoming calls and internet leads, with the goal of increasing customer appointments and sales opportunities.

The role requires leadership, training, and a results‑oriented mindset, with a focus on top-tier customer service standards. A schedule including Saturdays, holidays, and evenings may be required, with a commitment to evolving processes and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive BDC Management experience.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, drug test, and Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the BDC department.
• Assisting individual BDC associates in setting monthly sales goals.
• Tracking all customers to ensure prompt response time and monitoring follow-up within the CRM.
• Ensure that all BDC associates meet or exceed all activity standards for phone calls and appointments.
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
• Handling incoming internet leads and setting appointments.
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training.
• Provide monthly performance and activity reporting.

Responsibilities
