You will respond to inquiries across internet, phone, text, and chat, schedule appointments with the sales team, and follow up with leads to build lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes delivering an outstanding customer experience, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with the sales team to drive appointments and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, call center, hospitality, or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and chat inquiries from prospective customers.
