Job summary

Mazda & Kia of Fargo is seeking a highly motivated BDC Manager to lead the BDC team, oversee incoming calls and internet leads, and drive customer appointments and sales opportunities. The role emphasizes honest, self-driven, and results-oriented leadership with a focus on superior customer service and dealership collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage hiring, training, and performance, ensure CRM follow-up, and report monthly results.

Qualifications

2+ years of Automotive BDC Management experience.
Flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays, and evenings.
Strong appointment setting, objection handling, and closing skills.
Proven leadership and the ability to develop and motivate a team.
CRM experience is a plus; pass pre-employment background/drug tests and DMV check.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor performance of the BDC department.
Assist BDC associates in setting monthly sales goals.
Track customers to ensure prompt responses and CRM follow-up.
Ensure BDC activity meets calls and appointment targets.
Participate in team and process development sessions; maintain positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and management.
Handle incoming internet leads and set appointments.
Stay updated on manufacturer training.
Provide monthly performance and activity reporting.
