Mazda & Kia of Fargo is seeking a highly motivated BDC Manager to lead our busy BDC team, overseeing calls, internet leads, and customer follow-up to increase appointments and sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of BDC management, strong leadership, CRM experience, and a proven ability to motivate a team. We value honesty, self-drive, and a commitment to top customer service in a family-owned dealership.

Qualificações

• 2+ years automotive BDC management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong appointment setting, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop and motivate a team.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of the BDC department.
• Assist individual BDC associates in setting monthly sales goals.
• Track all customers to ensure prompt response time and follow-up within the CRM.
• Ensure that all BDC associates meet or exceed activity standards for calls and appointments.
• Participate in team and process development sessions with sales and management.
• Handle incoming internet leads and set appointments.
• Stay up-to-date on manufacturer training.
• Provide monthly performance and activity reporting.
