We aren’t looking for warm bodies—we want closers, communicators, and hustlers who can convert inbound calls and internet leads, set service appointments, and drive their earnings through a lucrative bonus structure. Qualificações

• Proven ability to close deals in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Strong tech skills with CRM and lead management tools.
• Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and self-motivated.
• Automotive or high-volume call center/sales experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and internet leads to schedule appointments.
• Convert leads into booked service or sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM.
