Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in call center, sales, or customer service roles.
• Comfortable working with dealership software and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers.
• Schedule and confirm service and sales appointments with customers and dealership teams.
• Follow up on internet leads and phone inquiries to convert prospects into dealership appointments.
