Job summary

Burien Chevrolet in Burien, WA is seeking an experienced Sales BDC Agent to be the voice of our sales team. You will handle outbound communications across phone, text and email to build rapport, answer inquiries and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales department.

You will be an integral contact for customers, logging interactions in our dealership software and delivering excellent customer service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with a friendly, confident phone demeanor.
• Proficient with multiple software platforms and multi-line phone systems.
• Experience in automotive dealerships, call centers, or customer service.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language skills are a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer leads and engage with sales leads while maintaining service for existing customers.
• Schedule appointments by matching customer needs with salesperson availability.
• Proactively reach out via outbound calls to drive engagement and book appointments.
• Update CRM systems with customer interactions, vehicle details and notes.
• Deliver elite customer service with empathy and professionalism.
