Job summary

Superior Auto is launching a new Business Development Center in Indianapolis and seeks a friendly, driven BDC Agent to join the team. In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for customers by phone, text, and email, handling pre‑qualification and appointment scheduling with empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of call center or contact center experience.
• Confident communicator with professional writing.
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to multitask.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM systems and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for customers by phone, text, and email — responding quickly, professionally, and with empathy.
• Make outbound calls to assist customers with pre-qualification and appointment scheduling.
• Work closely with our 70+ locations to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Stay current on our vehicle inventory to provide accurate recommendations.
