Qualifications

• Schedule: Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM with every other Saturday
• Worthy of trust and reliable in handling data
• Strong communication skills across phone, text, and email
• Ability to quickly learn processes and product knowledge

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions and coordinating sales appointments
• Communicating directly with customers via phone, text, and email
• Coordinating data sharing among senior managers and other staff within the sales department
• Properly using dealership IT systems and data to support customer interactions
