Job Details: Job Location: 14205 BROADWAY EXT - EDMOND, OK 73013, Position Type: Full Time, Job Shift: Swing, Kalidy Kia has a full time positions available for a Business Development Agent, to work in our Business Development Center. The ideal candidate must be flexible with hours, and will work some Saturday's. Previous experience in customer service, call centers, and retail experience is a plus. No automotive experience required!

The mission of our BDC agents is to help convert internet and phone leads into appointments through quick, unique, meaningful, and consistent follow up.

The BDC agent position requires strong communication skills via phone and email.

Daily Responsibilities

• Following and executing ones daily ToDo list in the CRM
• Constantly, efficiently, and effectively managing ones entire lead portfolio
• Making sure every lead is being handled as the follow up process dictates
• Showing sense of urgency in establishing contact and engagement of the customers
• Serving the customer with a friendly, upbeat, and customer first attitude!
