Montclair Acura in Verona, NJ is seeking an Appointment Setter/Call Center professional to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to schedule sales appointments. The role reports to the Sales Manager and is an on-site, Verona-based position.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales or telemarketing, strong phone and email communication, and are comfortable working solo or in a team. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 with potential commissions and strong benefits.

The appointment setter (or BDC Admin) uses their selling ability, phone manner and email communications to get clients in the door. Required tasks include handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, with follow-up calls and with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with every customer.
