Job summary

DCH Montclair Acura in Verona, NJ is seeking an Appointment Setter/Call Center for Internet & Phone Sales to help us reach the next level. This on-site role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, emailing and texting prospects, and coordinating with the Sales Department to confirm appointments.

You should have at least 3 years in sales or telemarketing, strong phone and email communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with sales or Telemarketing.
• 3+ years of experience in phone sales, business development, customer service.
• Provide information to all potential clients/customers.
• Work individually or in a team.
• Computer experience and able to type.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
• Contact Internet Customers by email, phone, and text to schedule a Sales appointment.
• Determine with the Sales Department if you kept the appointment and what the outcome was.
• Exceed monthly goals.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
