Job summary

DCH Toyota of Torrance is hiring Sales BDC Administrators to support our high-volume dealership. You will handle customer follow-ups, scheduling, and data entry in the CRM to drive appointments and sales opportunities.

We value reliability, phone/email/text communication, and a positive customer experience. This full-time role offers competitive pay in California and a benefits package through Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance and commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, programs, and promotions.
• Follow up with customers after visits to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues when needed.

What You'll Do

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.

• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and resolve issues when needed.

Total Rewards

The California pay range for this position is $16.90-$20.00 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
