Job summary

Audi Santa Monica is hiring a BDC Administrator to manage customer relations processes across our dealership network. You will observe, train, and implement approved CR processes to keep the customer’s perspective first, while collecting data for follow-up and retention.

You’ll build product knowledge, monitor current pricing and promotions, and use internet and phone outreach to boost appointments, sales, and service retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved CR processes.
• Develop improvement plans for assigned store(s) through observations and meetings with GSM/LSMS Coordinator.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Build knowledge of product information, current pricing, and dealership events/promotions.
• Utilize internet department and phone skills to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Follow up with customers to resolve issues and escalate major concerns as needed.
• Set solid appointments from leads and existing customers; maintain daily call-ins and lead lists.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved CR processes, to assure our customer’s perspective comes first.
• Develop accountable, continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s), by observations and conducting meetings with the GSM/LSMS Coordinator, this will keep all team members actively thinking about our customers.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer skills within our internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Utilize phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve any issues or concerns that they may have encountered and send any major issues to the LSMS Coordinator or General Manager for further review.
• Utilize phone skills to set solid appointments with daily customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, conquests, other generic leads and service and parts customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
