Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Experience in phone sales, business development, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to organize and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Typing speed and accuracy are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, process, manage, follow up and track customers for parts, service and sales at the dealership.
• Lead customer relations process management at assigned store(s) by observing, installing, and training approved processes to keep the customer perspective first.
• Create accountable, continuous improvement plans for assigned store(s) by observations and meetings with GSM/LSMS Coordinator.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Build knowledge of product information, current pricing, and dealership/manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize the internet department to increase appointments, sales and retention.
• Use phone skills to follow up with customers about their experience, resolve issues, and escalate major issues to LSMS Coordinator or GM for review.
• Use phone skills to set solid appointments with daily leads and lists of sold/unsold traffic and referrals.
