Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring a BDC Administrator for DCH Paramus Honda in Paramus, NJ. The role focuses on developing, processing, and tracking customers across parts, service and sales departments to improve follow-up and retention.

You will gather customer data, learn product pricing, and leverage dealership events/promotions. Strong computer and phone skills in a fast-paced Internet department are essential for increasing appointments and sales.

Qualifications

• Must present information clearly and confidently.
• Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple customers and tasks.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with phone systems on the job.

Responsibilities

• Develop, process, manage, follow up and track all customers across parts, service and sales departments within the dealership.
• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for follow-up and retention.
• Build knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership/manufacturer events and promotions.
• Use computer and phone skills in the Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, sold/unsold floor traffic, referrals and other leads.
