Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring for a Sales BDC Administrator at Honda of Nanuet in Nanuet, NY. This on-site role reports to the BDC Manager and focuses on managing customer leads, building a strong database, and scheduling high-quality appointments.

You will communicate with customers across phone, email, and digital channels, stay informed about promotions and pricing, and convert inquiries into opportunities.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• You will provide customer service
• Comfortable with phones, CRM systems, and basic computer functions
• You will organize yourself, motivate yourself, and orient yourself towards goals.
• You will manage your time and complete multiple tasks
• Bilingual and dealership experience recommended
