Job summary

Audi Fort Lauderdale is hiring a BDC Representative for Sales to join our centralized team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to internet leads, and help drive sales opportunities with a focus on excellent customer service.

The role offers hourly pay plus commission, with a fast-paced, energetic team and growth opportunities within the Audi network. Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Call center or customer sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to set appointments and answer inquiries.
• Respond to internet leads and emails to qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
• Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and provide accurate information.
• Maintain accurate notes in the CRM and follow up on leads as needed.
