You’ll own the customer conversation from first contact through handoff to the service team, handling calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

• Hit (and beat) daily/monthly appointment and contact goals while promoting service specials.

• Comfort with CRM systems and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
• Previous BDC, call-center, customer-service, or dealership experience preferred—but we value attitude, coachability, and communication skills most
• Basic familiarity with automotive service is helpful; we’ll train you on Audi processes and terminology
