As a Sales Representative, you’ll guide customers through the purchase process, present vehicles, and follow up across showroom, internet, and phone leads to deliver an exceptional buying experience. Competitive pay with commissions and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience.
• Proven record of exceeding sales goals.
• Team-oriented and able to represent the Audi brand with confidence.
• Weekend availability and flexible retail schedule.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from greeting to delivery.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives highlighting Audi features and benefits.
• Follow up with showroom, internet, and phone leads to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Exceed sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
