  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical abilities; comfortable presenting to senior executives
  • Support coordination for key events or engagements
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior leadership and customer decision-makers
  • Familiarity with the Business Acquisitions Process (BAP)
  • Active Secret clearance at time of application

Responsibilities

  • BD Operations Management – Own pipeline administration, opportunity tracking, and internal process alignment across the sector.
  • Capture & Proposal Support – Conduct data analysis, prepare gate‑review materials, and maintain capture documentation.
  • System Oversight – Measure, maintain, and enhance BD tools (e.g., Salesforce, reporting dashboards).
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Lead liaison efforts among Capture, BD, and Strategy teams at sector and enterprise levels.

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Development Operations Manager1 to support key growth initiatives in our Space Systems sector.   • Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $121,000.00 - $181,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
