Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years of BD or marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Must live within a commutable distance to a firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Familiarity with financial services regulation, fintech, or digital asset markets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Financial Services, Digital Assets, and Financial Regulation and Innovation leaders to develop and execute strategic business development plans.
• Support industry-focused initiatives addressing banking, payments, fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and other digital asset–related sectors.
• Assist with annual practice planning, revenue growth initiatives, and go-to-market strategies for national and cross-office teams.
• Monitor regulatory, industry, and market trends impacting financial institutions and digital asset businesses.
• Translate market insights into actionable recommendations for attorneys and client teams.
