Job summary

Winston Taylor, a transatlantic law firm, seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support the Corporate BD team. You will coordinate BD initiatives for Corporate, Private Equity, M&A, and Benefits practices, and help manage attorney bios, marketing collateral, and events.

You will liaise with multiple departments, track lateral integration, and maintain experience systems while ensuring timely deliverables and data accuracy across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of business development, sales, marketing, education, business operations, or writing experience preferably in a law firm or a professional services firm required.
• Must live within a commutable distance to the applicable firm office with the ability to come into the office 3-4 days per week.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM/database systems.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and work efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Data: Collect and maintain data used in proposals and marketing collateral.
• Marketing Collateral: Update marketing collateral and metrics across the team.
• Attorney bios: Draft and audit bios for new hires and updates.
• Lateral Recruiting & Integration: Track and input new laterals into experience systems and collateral.
• Directories & Rankings: Assist with ranking submissions and data collection for publications.
• Marketing & Operations: Handle logistics for newsletters, events, and communications; manage content distribution.
• Maintain the firm's experience system and input revised content into it.
• Track pitch and proposal activity and assist with project organization and status tracking.
