The Business Development Manager, Industries & Markets will serve as a strategic partner to attorneys in the firm's Financial Services Industry Team, as well as its Digital Assets and Financial Regulation and Innovation groups, with a focus on supporting the firm’s presence across markets. This role will drive targeted business development initiatives, client growth strategies, and market positioning for practices advising banks, fintech companies, payments providers, digital asset platforms, and other regulated financial institutions. The Manager will work closely with partners, practice leadership, and cross-office teams to identify growth opportunities, enhance client relationships, and elevate the firm’s brand in traditional and emerging financial services sectors.

The target annual salary range for this role is currently $128,000 - $167,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. To tal compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
New York based applicants only:The target annual salary range for this role is currently $165,000 - $190,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. To tal compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
Washington, DC based applicants only:The target annual salary range for this role is currently $135,000 - $175,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity.
