Job summary

Amcor in the United States is seeking a Business Development Manager III to grow healthcare packaging by winning new thermoformed tray business across North America. You’ll identify prospects, build relationships with decision-makers, and turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You'll work with marketing-generated leads and your own pipeline, lead negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding from opportunity to active customer, driving revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in a large-scale B2B environment.
• 7+ years in packaging industry in sales/BD
• Experience selling thermoformed trays in healthcare
• Proven track record in sales growth and deals

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to win healthcare thermoformed tray business across North America.
• Manage a pipeline of 10–15 active opportunities and generate new leads.
• Engage decision-makers and negotiate contracts with internal support.
