Ultimate Medical Academy is a non-profit healthcare educational institution with a national presence, offering online programs and hands-on training. UMA is seeking a results-driven leader to coach BDA teams on outreach, follow-up, and opportunity development while steering territory strategy to balance employer demand with graduate supply and market potential.

This role is fully remote with occasional planned onsite travel and requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and CRM

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience plus experience in B2B sales, business development, or career services.
• Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, and influence skills.
• Ability to use data, CRM notes, and pipeline information to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach BDAs on outreach, follow-up, and opportunity development.
• Lead territory and employer strategy to balance employer opportunity with graduate supply and market potential.
• Manage customer relationships and escalations while maintaining positive partnerships.
