Job summary

Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a Manager of Corporate Alliance to lead a dedicated team focused on corporate alliance recruitment, alliance account management, onboarding, and web applications. You will drive candidate guidance, generate job leads, and match qualified candidates with opportunities while developing relationships with employers and UMA alumni.

You will support daily operations, coach team members, and ensure productive time management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of recruiting, career services, and employment assistance, or in sales.
• Ability to communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
• Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive team productivity and manage recruitment-related activities.
• Maintain interdepartmental communication within the CS department.
• Support corporate alliance sales and client re-engagement as needed.
• Provide data and reports on alliance production and future placements.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to foster a positive culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
