Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a Manager, Business Development to drive employer relationships and opportunities for UMA graduates. You will coach a team, design territory strategy, and oversee proactive outreach to build a sustainable pipeline that aligns with Career Services goals.

The role emphasizes accountability, collaboration with leadership, and delivering measurable hiring outcomes for graduates.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in business-to-business sales, business development, staffing, or related field.
• Experience managing individuals or teams.
• Ability to drive results through outbound activity, relationship development, and accountability.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and influence skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive team productivity through effective employer outreach and development.
• Lead territory strategy balancing employer opportunities and graduate supply.
• Oversee proactive employer outreach and account development.
• Coach BDAs with regular sessions to improve outreach and performance.
• Maintain employer relationships and handle escalations as needed.
• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
