Job summary

Considine Search is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Senior Coordinator in New York to support firm BD and marketing initiatives. You will work with the Senior Manager and Marketing team to drive growth and reputation, helping with opportunities, client relationships, and profile-raising activities.

The role requires at least 2–3 years of BD/marketing experience in a law firm, strong research and writing skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two to three years of relevant law firm marketing/business development experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to process diverse sources.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; proofreading and editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client research and synthesize market data into reports; identify new opportunities.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to support meetings, pitches, and RFPs.
• Track docket alerts and summarize major news for key clients and prospects.
• Coordinate intake for BD support; evaluate opportunities and propose team members.
• Draft proposals, pitches, and tailored communications.
• Maintain BD activity records and update CRM with key contacts.
• Assist with legal directory submissions such as Chambers USA and Legal 500.
• Support additional projects assigned by the Senior Manager.
