Job summary

Einride is transforming road freight with digital, autonomous and electric technologies. This full-time role based in Austin, TX leads the US recruitment for technical engineering and business roles, partnering with managers to raise hiring quality and speed.

You will build pipelines through direct sourcing and talent mapping, use data-driven evaluation to close hard-to-fill roles, and shape our North American TA process in a growing, global company.

You will:

• Lead end to end recruitment processes across our US operations, focusing primarily on technical engineering positions while also managing business and operational roles
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to improve quality and efficiency in our Talent Acquisition Process
• Build candidate pipelines through targeted direct sourcing, talent mapping, and active networking within the North American market.

We expect you to:

• Have at least several years of experience independently managing full cycle talent acquisition, with a solid track record of closing challenging technical roles
• Demonstrate direct sourcing/headhunting skills using modern recruitment tools and direct outreach strategies to engage passive candidates
• Bring a structured, data-informed and evidence based approach to candidate evaluation and clear, efficient management of the recruiting pipeline.
