Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bridgeport, CT to design, implement and supervise ABA-based interventions for children with autism. You will work closely with families and educators to promote meaningful progress and ensure compliance with HIPAA documentation.

The candidate should have BCBA certification, strong data collection skills, and a commitment to improving quality of life.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in process.
• Proven experience with children in autism.
• Strong knowledge of ABA techniques, data collection, and analysis.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment, and medical documentation standards.
• Compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Design and supervise evidence-based behavioral therapy programs grounded in applied behavior analysis.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on client progress to modify treatment strategies.
• Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and staff implementing interventions.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments and optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA.
