Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Center Based BCBA to join our multidisciplinary team. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children with autism, coordinating with families, educators, and healthcare providers to promote meaningful progress.

The ideal candidate has BACB certification, strong data-analysis skills, and a commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (BACB).
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and pediatric populations.
• Strong data collection and progress monitoring skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Design and supervise ABA programs based on ABA principles.
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment adjustments.
• Provide training and supervision to staff implementing interventions.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records and documentation.
• Perform intake assessments and establish treatment goals.
• Ensure interventions meet ethical standards and best practices.
