Job summary

Step Forward ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Raleigh, NC. We focus on meaningful outcomes for individuals with Autism and their families through individualized treatment plans and collaborative care.

The BCBA will supervise BTs, BCaBAs, and LABAs, deliver direct services, and lead data-driven progress assessments, while participating in ongoing professional development and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or national equivalent in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with individuals with special needs across age groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABA's with competency assessments.
• Deliver direct services to clients of all ages, with tailored, ethical services.
• Coordinate with clients, families, staff, and other professionals.
