Job summary

Stepforwardaba in Charlotte, North Carolina is searching for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) committed to improving lives of individuals with Autism. In this role, you will develop and oversee treatment plans, supervise staff, and provide direct services tailored to client needs.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a relevant field, BCBA certification, and at least 2 years of experience. A competitive salary of $80,000–$120,000 is offered, along with benefits including PTO and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or national equivalent in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABAs.
• Deliver direct services to clients of all ages and abilities.
