Job summary

Step Forward ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise services for clients with autism, developing and overseeing tailored treatment plans. You will deliver direct services across ages, supervise staff, collaborate with families and professionals, and participate in ongoing professional development within a supportive, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, ABA, or related field.
• BCBA certification and licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years' experience with individuals with special needs across ages.
• Eligibility for private and federally funded insurance programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel.
• Pass a national background check.
• Medicaid credentialing preferred.
• Tri-Care credentialing preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and assessments.
• Provide clinical supervision to BTs, BCaBAs, and LABAs with competency assessments.
• Deliver direct services to clients of all ages and abilities.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, families, staff, and outside professionals.
• Lead with organized scheduling, accurate records, and concise reports.
• Collaborate with a diverse team; give and receive feedback.
• Pursue ongoing professional development with senior staff.
• Perform initial assessments, client intakes, and special projects.
• Maintain minimum billable hours: 25 per week.
