As a BCBA, you will join a team dedicated to excellence, mentorship, and ongoing professional growth. You will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, conduct functional assessments, and guide RBTs through implementation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee BCBA program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Willingness to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
