Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven BCBA to lead Initial Assessments (Functional Behavior Assessments) via telehealth in a fast-growing, technology-enabled environment. You will develop high-quality treatment plans and ensure clinical readiness before case assignment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required as part of qualification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments using caregiver interviews, records, direct observation, and standardized tools.
• Use video-capture technology to review sessions and inform treatment planning.
• Develop data-driven treatment plans and behavioral intervention plans aligned with medical necessity.
• Ensure reports meet payer authorization standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Prepare cases for smooth transition to ongoing BCBA and RBT teams.
• Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness.

Bilingual English & Spanish

5+ years BCBA experience

Telehealth experience

Strong clinical writing

Remote startup adaptability

Education
