Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments via caregiver interviews, record review, direct observation, and standardized tools.
• Develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans aligned with medical necessity.
• Maintain clinical documentation accuracy and timeliness.
• Serve as the clinical gatekeeper for new cases entering the organization.
• Provide clear case summaries and transition notes for assigned clinical teams.
• Adapt quickly to evolving processes and contribute to building scalable systems.
• Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and maintain video data security.
• Maintain active BCBA certification and required CEUs.
