Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Golden, CO seeks individuals in ABA practicum hours to become a BCBA. The Lead Case Supervisor role provides paid hours toward unrestricted certification, along with structured supervision and Apex Program support.

Responsibilities include supervising 3-5 cases, direct client therapy, family meetings, and report writing. Base pay $22.50-$28.50 per hour with signing bonuses; role offers PTO, study materials, and a guaranteed BCBA position after exam.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
• Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs
• Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT)
• Training and coaching to be provided
• Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in-house curriculum
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist
• Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic
• Be a part of the Soar integrated care team, participating in interdisciplinary meetings for collaboration with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress
