Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a candidate actively completing an ABA Master’s program to join our Apex Program as Lead Case Supervisor. This full-time, hourly role helps you accrue practicum hours toward BCBA eligibility while receiving structured supervision.

You will supervise RBTs, work on ESDM-based programming, and engage with families to support treatment goals. Competitive hourly pay with signing bonuses and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible for BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases with paid unrestricted hours.
• Update client goals and programming using our data system.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write BIPs using PFA and SBT.
• Participate in training and coaching.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
