Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor who is within 6–9 months of BCBA eligibility to accrue practicum hours and earn paid unrestricted hours. This role advances you toward BCBA certification and reports to the Local Clinical Trainer (BCBA) at your center.

The Apex Program provides enhanced practicum support, a $2,000 signing bonus, $2,000 plus $5,000 after you pass the BCBA exam, 1 extra week PTO, study materials, and a guaranteed BCBA role on completion.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master's program for ABA.
• Within ~400–600 practicum hours of completing all hours to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Develop skills in case conceptualization, client programming, and coaching RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3–5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming in the data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write BIPs using PFA and SBT.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support.
• Conduct and write assessment reports including Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Checklist.
• Receive coaching from BCBA team and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10–20 hours/week) as needed.
