Apex ABA Therapy is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality ABA therapy for children with ASD. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and a generous sign-on bonus, with strong opportunities for professional growth while making a meaningful impact.

The BCBA will supervise RBTs/BTs, develop treatment plans, conduct FBAs and BIPs, and collaborate closely with families and the clinical team to ensure excellent outcomes.

Qualifications

BCBA certification in good standing required.
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
Active state licensure (LBA).
Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising clinical staff.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
Create individualized treatment plans for clients.
Supervise RBTs and BTs and ensure compliance with ethical guidelines.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain thorough documentation and data collection in EMR.
