Above and Beyond Therapy seeks exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team across multiple states. We provide strong back-office support, enabling you to focus on delivering quality ABA care to children and teens with ASD in homes, centers and schools.

We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses. Travel up to 25% is required between assignments; salary can reach up to $95,000 per year, with bi-weekly pay depending on state.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate and active licensure as required.
• Experience working with children/teens with ASD and developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% between assignments and sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement progress plans.
• Engage families to explain assessments and recommendations; provide progress summaries.
