Apex ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team. This in-person, full-time role offers a generous sign-on bonus and the opportunity to design ABA therapy plans for children with autism.

You will monitor progress, supervise therapists, report findings to families, and collaborate with the director to maintain high-quality cases. Travel up to 25% is preferred, with flexible day/evening hours.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB) required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children with autism.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA therapy plans for individual clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed based on data.
• Provide supervision to therapists assigned to cases.
• Review clinical reports and session notes regularly.
• Write progress reports outlining data and outcomes.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers and provide training.
• Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases.
