Apex ABA Therapy is hiring a Board-C Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design ABA therapy plans and supervise a team of therapists in person. You will monitor progress, review data, and report outcomes to families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required by BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design ABA therapy plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to therapists.
• Review clinical reports and session notes.
• Write data-driven progress reports for clients.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers; provide training.
• Coordinate with Director to maintain high-case quality.
